Who is Ella, anyway?
My Story
Some people find career clarity in the depths of lecture halls; I found mine with each purchase of a GA pit ticket. During a gap year between colleges, I went to every concert I could afford. I watched how artists connected with fans and realized I didn’t just want to admire the industry, I wanted to help build it. I’ve always been the girl in the crowd, feeling that rush of excitement only live entertainment can create. Over time, I’ve learned how to run the show, and while I still get goosebumps during performances, it’s from thinking about how the crew, talent, and teams made that moment happen. That’s where my passion lives: turning creative visions into seamless experiences that leave audiences moved.
I recently graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Public Relations after an incredible semester abroad in London. Living and working in such a dynamic, international city broadened my perspective, deepened my appreciation for new cultures, and reinforced my adaptability in fast-paced environments. Every day was an adventure, and that experience continues to shape how I approach the world.
Now, I’m excited to take the next step in my career and explore opportunities in music and entertainment management, roles that blend creativity, logistics, and connection. My background combines strategic thinking, storytelling, and relationship-building, skills I’ve honed through leadership roles in Kappa Kappa Gamma, hands-on projects at USC, and practical experience navigating different industries.
My path hasn’t been linear, but that’s what makes it mine. I began at Auburn University, majoring in education because I loved working with children and thought it was the safe, practical route. Then the pandemic hit, and in that moment of pause, I realized I wanted more than stability – I wanted purpose. That gap year gave me the clarity and courage to follow what truly inspired me: music, storytelling, and the behind-the-scenes magic that makes it all come to life.
Growing up in a vibrant Denver household with a big family of seven taught me early on how to communicate, collaborate, and thrive in organized chaos. When I'm not diving into the world of PR and pop culture, you can usually find me by the ocean (my happy place!), spending time with family, grabbing last-minute concert tickets, or planning my next adventure.
The journey ahead is about growth – personally, professionally, and through all the people I meet along the way.
